Camino Frances before 30 years of age

Oh, how I envy you. I was 39 when I went for my first one and I could only wish I would know about it/them 10 years earlier... But it is what it is

I'm doing it this summer too. I discovered it six years ago and have been aching to do it, kept putting it off, but swore I'd do it before I was 30. I leave the states on my 30th birthday and will begin walking from St. Jean two days later.

This is a great idea to set off on the b-day!
I discovered camino a lot of years ago, when I saw a sign of a camnio (yellow shell) in the farmaland of my uncle. I didn't know what it meant and what it was doing "in the middle of nothing" later I accidentally saw a TV show about this route... that's how I urged you to set out on CAMINO.
I don't go fast ...so maybe you'll catch up with me and meet you on the way... two days is not much...
