Was speaking to a friend who did the whole Camino Frances in 30 days. She was saying she same some people who were doing it in 14 days.

Just out on interest is there anyone here who has done it? Just wondering want was the quickest time somebody did it from Leon to SdCompostela?

I know its not a race, just was interested to see how fast the last 300 kms were walked.

I walked from Leon to Santiago in 7 days with nights in Hospital de Orbigo, Riego, Trabadelo, Triacastella, Portomarin and Ribadiso; on average spent about 8 hours walking each day with an hour's break at lunchtime

Distance from Roncevalles to Santiago is 780 km, if one can walk average of 40 a day it will take 20 days, to do it in 14 days means 55 a day. that will be running almost.
Why do it like that unless one must prove something ?
