Cancellation policy for Orisson reservation?

Can anyone tell me what Orisson's cancellation policy is? I've booked space there for my intended stay on 6 September and have received the invoice for it, and I'd like to know the policy just in case. I e-mailed my question to Orisson a couple of days ago but have had no reply yet (I know they sometimes take several days before answering).

I certainly intend to be there - but in the event of some kind of glitch, I'd like to know the policy before paying.

Well, it just figures that the day I ask others for an answer, I'd get a reply from Orisson: there's a refund if someone else can take a place reserved by a no-show. Which I have no intention of being. :)
