When I booked with Fernanda in 2019 she was not on WhatsApp, and you just had to call: +351 914 589 521

I’m starting to doubt myself. Maybe I didn’t use WhatsApp to call Fernanda. It was just last year but my memory is fuzzy. I was in an albergue in Barcelos with someone who friends with Fernanda and he called her from my phone. I thought he used WhatsApp but I just checked my phone log and there were no calls that day. So maybe he used my cellular but I don’t recall having turned on my cellular! So basically I don’t know. But in Village to village guide her number is 914589521

I did indeed use What's App, but seem to remember that it was to 'Casa Fernanda', and not specifically Fernanda herself. I believe the What's App belonged to Jacintho, her husband? .....I do know I had reservations and they were all set when I arrived having never placed a phone call....?

FWIW I was at Casa Fernanda yesterday and confirm that she does NOT use WhatsApp. But she does keep her not smart phone with her at all times, and speaks English enthusiastically.

I am very regulary in contact with Jacinto, Fernanda’s husband but because Jacinto’s mobile phonenumber is a business number -he is an optician- I do not share his number.
You can send me a conversation message and I will be in contact with him for eventual reservations. I do this for them because my wife and I are friends since many years with the family Oliveira-Rodrigues aka Jacinto and Fernanda.
