compostela in memory of a deceased relative or friend

just want everyone to be aware of. the compostela is issued to any qualified peregrino who has walked the last 100 kilometres on foot to santiago. it is possible to add on names at the bottom of the compostela in dedication or in memory of a deceased relative or friend.

Yes it has your name as usual in the text but at the bottom they write "Vicarie Pro: person's name" (substitute for).
I have one from this summer when I walked for my still born grandson.

Nice to know, I have earned 2 Compostelas walking in the memory of my daughter who died 3 years ago. Next year and for many years to come she will finally be getting her due because she walk with me every step of the way usually sitting on my shoulder and/or drinking my wine every night because I know it disappears faster on the Camino than it does in my kitchen.
