Credential for Francigena - in Como, Massa ore Lucca?

I tried to get a credential from Terre di Mezzo in Milan but no response to my email or response to my ringing their doorbell. I am going to Como on Saturday and Tuesday taking the train to start walking the VF from Massa. I think I can get a credential in Lucca but would like start it in Massa. Appreciate suggestions.

Caterina from APS icaminantes responded promptly to my email. She was very helpful and if you are a cat person, she has a friendly black cat who enjoys pats. Her place is an easy 30 to 40 minutes walk from Milano Centrale.
