Credentials and guide book, starting in bilbao

Hi, I am going to start my camino Norte in Bilbao this Wed. Can someone please let me know where I can get my credentials in Bilbao. Also I would like a guidebook... any recommendations and where are these available. Alternatively I can download Daves one that is being updated at the moment. Any recommendations please.
