Hi there - I had been intrigued a while back; by Dons change of name (avatar) ., so it got the better of me just now and I see it’s positioned in a beachside position approx 1/2 hr to west of Lisbon.
Lovely spot for you catch up Peregrinos.

May you continue to enjoy many more caminos/caminhos.

It's a beautiful spot. I got off the train from Lisbon a station too soon, and walked up along the coast to where we were meeting. It was a very pleasant 20 min walk, even if for a slighty embarrassing reason.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc

You have NO idea how much I would love to be there. But Iberian travel is not in my remit at present.

I am grounded, and serving as caregiver to my gravely I’ll wife of 44 years. She will recover, but it will take months or longer.

Best wishes for an enjoyable time in Estoril. Have a Super Bock for me.

Cheers!

Tom

Great photo lads! What were your lunch menu choices ? Go on … do tell … and make all our mouths water!

G'day Jenny,
It was a simple local fare consisting of a large morsel of bacalhau, deep fried to perfection, with thick cut potatoes done like crisps; all washed down with Super Bocks. Nothing beats the seafood in Portugal and the prices, each of our dishes was about 10 euros.

@estorildon promised we would be at a good place to eat, and we were.
