You describe Astorga, which is one of my favorite places - not only for the Cathedral and Bishop's palace you mention, but for the wonderful people there!

Also:
The sheep playing in the field behind El Labrabor at Ventas de Naron.
The mist on the lake at Portomarin.
The weddings at the Cathedral in Leon.
