You describe Astorga, which is one of my favorite places - not only for the Cathedral and Bishop's palace you mention, but for the wonderful people there!

Also:
The sheep playing in the field behind El Labrabor at Ventas de Naron.
The mist on the lake at Portomarin.
The weddings at the Cathedral in Leon.

Tart Santiago.

The onion fields near Hospital de Orbigo.

My new friends, Manuel, Reme, and Ramon.
