Hi Josie, welcome to the Forum and welcome too as another pilgrim who is walking the pilgrim's way, enjoy this wonderful journey of self discovery my friend. Buen Camino:)

Hola/welcome Josie (and friends), as Jabaldo says this forum (and the Camino itself) is likely to occupy your life for the next 12 months (or departure day). You will find an open group of people/pilgrims for whom the Camino is "almost" a way of life. Just take everything we throw at you with a pinch of salt. As Ivar said - if you can afford it - please consider making a small donation to the operating costs (but its not mandatory). So start thinking about your questions and start posting. Buen Camino:)

Thanks for your warm welcome St Mike and everyone. You are right. Planning seem to be taking up a big chunk of my time, checking the forum, reading up on gears and clothings, accomodations, everything concerning the Camino..... :) and we're not even doing it until Sept 2015!!!

Join our full-service guided tour of the Basque Country and let us pamper you!
How do I make a donation?
Josie - there's a link -bottom right hand corner. If its not working contact Ivar and he will send you the links. Donating is not compulsory - and the amount is up to you. Cheers

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Hi Josie (and pals) welcome to the forum - yes, enjoy the planning and buying kit, it is part of the process.
