Hi,
Do I need to exit the Geneva Airport to reach the Trainline? Or can it be reached inside the airport directly? I am trying to get from Geneva Airport to Lausanne city center.
Thank you, Mike

Very easy and convenient. It takes less than an hour and there are "many" trains per day.
Prices vary, but if I remember correctly I think it was about 35 euros or so.

Look up www.sbb.ch, the official site of Swiss railways. If you plan to stay in Switzerland for more than a few days and to travel around, there are many discounts available, inquiry at a central station railway counter and a bit of time is highly recommended.
Loading down the SBB Mobile app and using the "EasyRide" function gives excellent convenience.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
There are direct trains from GVA to Lausanne, the train station is a 5 mins walk from departures (to your left) follow the signs. You can buy traintickets from machines both in the bagage area or in the central hall of the station. Make sure you pay the full price (half price is only for kids or people with the half fare card), there's no reduction for seniors. If you buy through the app or online, beware that the reduced "supersaver" price tickets (dégriffé in french) are for the specific time and train schedule that you selected and thus not valid on earlier or later connections. The CFF app is very good for all public transport connections is CH (buses, boats, cable cars, metros you name it).

Fun fact: the toilets on the airport are free, so go to the loo just before you enter the station part :)

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.
