I know the question has been asked about this before with respect to the camino France's route but I was wondering if anybody has any personal experience with this on the via de la plata route? I have friend that plans to join my wife and I on the via de la plata who has a gluten and dairy intollence and is wondering what she can eat

We will pick up your luggage, send it to Santiago and store it for you (2024)
Let us pick up your suitcase once you arrive in Europe....
