3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
The most common English language guide book used on the Camino is A Pilgrim's Guidebook to the Camino by John Brierley. A new guidebook that came out last year is A Village to Village Guide to Hiking the Camino de Santiago, Camino Frances; St. Jean - Santiago - Finisterre by Anna Dintaman and David Landis. They both have their pluses and minuses. I actually did the unthinkable last year and carried both (and yes I know I can save weight by cutting off the end of my toothbrush).

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

To start your reading NOW on line check out the Mundicamino guide for the Camino Frances beginning with Etapa 29. Click on the left side-bar entries for further info for each section.

Happy research,
