How to post a bag from Pamplona

Hi Ivar, I am planning to ship my luggage to you from Pamplona before I start walking the Primitivo. Can you advise the best way of getting it to you, and is a suitcase OK, or should I rather invest in a tog type bag with wheels?.

I posted things to Ivar from Pamplona to Santiago back in April 2016. We ended up using a cardboard box from the post office (which is right in the center of town). I ended up using my duffle bag that holds my backpack for flying to put things in and then put it in a cardboard box to ship. The instructions are below. I hope that helps!

Suitcase is fine. If it is a small roller bag it might fit in the large box the post office sell, if not some sort of plastic wrapping would be a good idea. My address label under the plastic and then they (the post office) will add another label on top of the plastic. Kitchen wrap from the supermarket works great.
