Last year a forum member unknown to me saw my start date from SJPdP, and said he'd be walking around the same time snd that he'd be wearing a hat that said "Life is Good" on it and he thought I'd see him. I thought to myself "Yeah, right, no way will I happen to see this guy amongst so many walkers heading out". A week later while I was resting at the top of the Ibaneta Pass, sure enough, I saw a guy wearing that hat. As he passed by, I asked him if his name was Joe Flavin from the forum, and yes, it was him!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

Whenever I’m walking in Mountain Lion country, I wear something that looks like eyes on the back of my head. Since Mountain Lions attack from behind, it confuses them and keeps me safe! Buen Camino!
