I am wondering if James or Renee (Camino Frances, Sept 2023) are members of this forum?

Time of past OR future Camino
C. Portuguese 2021
While walking the CF (Sept. 23, '23) I met James and his partner, Renee, near Castrojerez. And, if I do say so, I took a terrific photo of them and would like to get a copy to James. Yep, I've already kicked myself for not collecting their contact info. So James or Renee if you'd give me shout I'll send you the file. Or, perhaps, you've met James and Renee on the Camino and can help me contact them. BTW, James uses a wheel chair and this year was his 4th Camino. You guys are amazing. Abrazos.

Where were they from and did the wheelchair have special off road wheels?

Your description reminds me of a couple from the UK that I met in 2019.

Yes, they are from the UK. But, I can't tell about his chair, it did not seem to me to be a special rig (but, I know about very little about wheelchairs?). James wore very durable gloves and wore each pair out after a few days.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
"Yep, I've already kicked myself for not collecting their contact info." – Tell me about it! If I had £1 for every person I did not get contact details for, and wish I had, I would have about £10 :) I have tried to find these people through this forum and others, but not been successful. You may have more success as Renee is not a common name. But note that the Data Protection Act prevents organisations like the Confraternity from giving you their details. You have to ask the organisation to give the other person your details, and hope that they will get back to you.
