I walked from Cahors to in the spring of 2013, started in April. Along the way I joined a group of four, a kind Swiss man, an elder French lady from Paris, a young French girl and Kun, a Dutch Pilgrim in his 30's.
He had walked the Camino all the way from home a few years back and then walked back to Le-Puy from St. Jean. Now he was walking from St. Jean to Puente La Reina. Now I can describe as of course one of the kindest and happiest people on this planet, but also by his boots. His hiking boots were literally falling apart as if they had exploded and he had his wooden staff with him.
When I got back from the Camino, I had received a card from him from Spain - but had nowhere to reply. I wish I could have the change to meet my pilgrim brother again in this life.
It's needle in a haystack, but I thought to give it a try and see if this forum could be of any help.
