The Xunta de Galicia approved yesterday (March 13) that by 2015 all albergues (in Galicia) shall have WiFi, and that by 2016 it would be possible to obtain the Compostela electronically.

OK to have Wi-Fi in the albergues, but an electronic Compostela! No thanks. Impersonal and discriminates against those of us who don't travel with smartphones etc. Glad we hope to walk in 2015, before this comes in. Not the way we would want to finish a Camino.
