last two weeks in May 2018

Hello there! Newbie here. I'm considering a walk from Leon to Santiago de Compostela last two weeks of May. What is the name of this part of the Camino please, and what sort of weather might I expect. I would also love any other suggestions about accommodations for this route, expenses, and comments about "crowds" at this time of year. Mid 50's, relatively good shape (if round is a shape), and am curious if 2 weeks is reasonable, and would I be able to squeeze in Finisterra? Great forum by the way!

The walk from Leon to Santiago is part of the Camino Frances. The Brierley guide shows Leon as day 20 and arriving in Santiago on day 33. Almost every day is over 20 km (one is marked as 18.7 and another as 19.8). There are also two 30 km days in that section. So Brierley is suggesting doing that distance in 13 days. I walked shorter days than his guide as I found his distances too far for me. I don't have time right now to comment on the other questions. Buen camino!

Thanks for your help! From the reading I've done so far, it sure sounds like the last part of the trail gets pretty crowded! Is this particularly true mid May?
If one were to only have one week to walk, what would be the best part of any trail that wouldn't be too crowded?

Hola and a further welcome! The section from Sarria onwards can be a crowded one. My advice is study the Brierley stages & determine stage break-up that takes away from his suggested. One place I can recommend is Casa Susi in Trabadelo! Buen Camino!
