Leaving on Tuesday

Just to say I'm starting my journey on Tuesday 18th and a big thankyou to everyone who gave such good and unstinting advice during my preparations. I tried my equipment out by walking 8.5 miles around Richmond Park in London yesterday and am feeling fine today. So I feel that I have a backpack that is not too heavy, shoes and socks that are comfortable and a light waterproof jacket that keeps out the rain - because it absolutely poured all the way round!

Wish me luck and I'll keep in touch when possible.

Good luck! The weather looks good for the next few days (at least in Santiago).

Please stay in touch after/during your walk to let us know how things went.

Buen Camino,

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Hey Gordana.

I sort of envy you. I am in the middle of my planing and packing. Starting in the middle of May.

Buen Camino and jolly good luck.
