We will be beginning our Camino from SJPP later next week. I want to thank so many of you for your insight and information. It has been very helpful in planning.

We are excited, and anxious, and ready.

Buen Camino to all of you, and Ultreya!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
Good luck guys! I know you've prepared and researched well so you'll have a great time. There will be a few minor mishaps or discomforts that you can't predict, but that's the nature of it. You'll come out stronger by overcoming them one way or the other.

Muy Buen Camino! :D :D :D

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Buen Camino!
It will be great :)

I'm heading out of JFK International on Tuesday night. Hope to start my Camino by the 27th or 28th :D . Maybe I'll catch you guys out there. Would be nice as I'm imagining I'll speak nothing but Spanish for 30 days and find it difficult to converse in english when I come home LOL

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
Hi All! I'll arrive in St Jean on the 26th and start my walk on the 27th, with a stop in Orrison. I've been practicing my Spanish, but I'm certain that when a Spaniard responds to MY Spanish, I'll lapse into Spanglish! Buen Camino to you all! See you on the path! Brenda, from Pennsylvania, USA

Buen Camino, and have fun take it your time and dont't forget to have fun :D

Lots of Yanks on the Way right now.

But you will meet lots of others from around the world.

Enjoy!

Wow! Good to see there are others beginning around the same time we are. We are thinking we will begin from SJPP on Friday 28th. We are considering the weather, however, because we are hoping to walk the Route de Napoleon over the Pyrenees (as opposed to the alternate route -- Valcarlos). We could wait a day or so if we need to.

But. . . we've decided the main reason we are doing this Camino is to just let go and trust. Trust that the weather will work out so we can begin on the Route de Napoleon (or not, and that would be perfect) Trust that there will be a place to sleep that is comfortable and clean. Trust that everything will be gifts to us . . . even the hardships. We feel so very fortunate that we can walk the Camino de Santiago. We are ready.

Buen Camino, and Ultreya!

Love that excitement and uncertainty when the start is a few days off. An October Camino! How good would that be! Just stay dry, guys, and and it'll be fine. Actually, it will be a lot better than that.

Go get 'em
