Headed for Paris, and from there to SJPTP.
I ended up with the Gregory Jade 38 after many purchases of various Osprey's.

Packing list:
Mountain Hardware Ultra Lamina 32 Sleeping Bag
10 Liter dry sack: 2 pairs of convertible pants/shorts, 1 cami, 2 pairs compression socks, 2 pairs wool hiking socks, 1 pair ultra light yogi/legging type things that can be worn for presentable, 1 short slv shirt, 1 long slv shirt, 1 hiking tank, buff.
4 liter dry sack: (not full!)- some vitamins and probiotics
4 liter dry sack: (also not full!)- quick dry tiny towel, essential oils (tiny bottles), soap, tooth stuff, sunblock.
2 liter dry sack: (not at all full)- headlamp, charger
Rain poncho
Sandals
Doc pouch with all papers
Empty 3L bladder for water
First aid kit

Wearing on the plane: ultra light leggings, micro fleece, cami, socks, walking shoes.
I still plan on getting a tiny book and a tiny diary...My pack is pretty full, but I didn't try to really compress anything, It's totally manageable and comfy on my back (at least for now :))...anyone have any critique for me? Nerves started kicking in last night...Deep breaths!

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

Max,

I am certain that today you are VERY excited.

Have a wonderful Camino! May all your dreams and planning come true.

As Sir Walter Raleigh wrote in the 16th century in His Pilgrimage

"GIVE me my scallop-shell of quiet,
My staff of faith to walk upon,
My scrip of joy, immortal diet,
My bottle of salvation,
My gown of glory, hope's true guage;
And thus I'll take my pilgrimage....
"

Ultreia!

Margaret

Thank you all! Heading to SJPTP today! Ah!
Max...pls don't forget to use either Vaseoline or Glide-something on your feet each morning before putting on your socks. I'm 5 days in from SJPP and have seen many people with bad blisters. I have taken care of my feet and haven't had a problem( knock on wood!) and DON'T stay at the house next to the Camino office in SJPP which is run by Mad Maddy!!! She is very domineering and condescending. She should be struck from the recommends from the Camino office! She is unhelpful and an angry soul. Too bad ... I hate to see anyone that miserable!

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
