For luggage transfer from SJPDP (France) to Roncevalles (Spain), consider Express Bouricott. They also shuttle transfer people from Biarritz Airport to SJPDP.

Once in Spain, the Spanish Post Office (Correos Paq Mochila) has been flawless...at an excellent value. Highly recommend.

Buen camino!
