:D Excited..happy and absolutely delighted to be planning a pilgrimage at long last! I've known about the various Camino's for a while and wanted to do it from the very first! Things just seem to be falling into place to do it this coming year! I could almost cry w/joy! I don't want to wish my life and time away...but from now till late May..It's all I can think about! I'll be reading everyones posts...books and listening to those who have gone before!! I will probably be w/ 2 friends and hopefully my husband! We've begun hiking together fairly regularly now, up to 8 miles, sometimes very hilly, rocky terrain...so now we need to add more weight to the packs! And perhaps learn a little Portugese ??? Haven't been to the country since I was....wow 13 yrs old!! That's a little while!! like 38 years...Still remember it fondly!

To all of you, thank you for sharing your experiences...I can hardly wait to add mine!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Hi Ksam, :)
Welcome to the Forum. Glad you are so excited, enjoy the planning. Which route do you think you will take and how far do you intend to walk? If you let folks know they may be able to give more specific advice, and may also learn something from you; but have fun anticipating the pilgrimage.
Hope to hear more from you.
Buen Camino'
