The "unplugging" from your phone and other electronics is an under rated part of the camino in my opinion. I remember when I returned home 40 days later, turned on my PC, and sat down at my desk my hands began to shake as I held them over the keyboard. That had been the longest time away from any form of computer since they became common in homes. Something like 30 years ago? It didnt feel right. Of course I fell back in line as time passed. Really enjoying the blog. Keep on walking!
