That’s great news. If this is as good as Sandy’s other books, it will be a great resource. Hoping to walk that stretch next year to complete the Italian section of the Via Francigena.

So glad this is finally launching. Looking hard at the Italian section of the VF as an option for '22. Love everything I've seen from Sandy. His bullet-proof packing list was the basis for my first Camino and my current version has been edited very little from his original. Love his website/blog too.

My copy just arrived, for a planned walk in May 2023. It looks nice - it's compact but detailed, and contains interesting cultural and historical notes.
