Our lady of rocks and Our lady of Medjugorje

Dear Camino fellows,
Has anyone visited the shrines of Our Lady of Rocks in Perast, Montenegro and Our Lady Medjugorje in Bosnia and Herzegovina ? If the answer yes, how did you manage the transportation from Dubrovnik port to Perast Montenegro and Split port to Medjugorje ? please explain in details, tku very much.

I took a day coach trip from Dubrovnik which included Our Lady of the Rocks as well as Kotor. Easily done
 
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
It was years ago. But there are lots of trip companies that try to sell you experiences just outside Dubrovnik old town.
