Out the door by 0630 only to find the Italian summer temperature already at 26C (79F Thanks Google).
Found an early Cappuccino then onto the trail southwards for a long day.
Today, Sunday, nothing was open so I was forced to drink lots of water for the first 15 miles until I found an open market for lunch.
A couple hours later I made it to my final destination, ordered a pizza and two beers and am now relaxing for the remainder of the night.
