Pilgrim credentials in Barcelona?

Don't know where to post this question, and few days before heading out to España. Is there a place to pick up Pilggrim Credentials in Barcelona?
 
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Arzobispado, al lado de la catedral, c/ del Bisbe. Porteria. Cierran de 14 a 15 h.
Iglesia de Sant Jaume. c/ Ferran. Abierto de 10 a 14 h. y de 17 a 20 h.
Monasterio de Sant Pau del Camp. c/ Sant Pau, 101. De lunes a sábado de 10,30 a 13,30 y de 16,30 a 19,30.

Hi John,
Wow, This is new to me! Can we get our pilgrim passports from Barcelona already? Our first stop in Spain is Barcelona, then we will fly to Santiago the following day either thru Ryanair or Vueling. I've always thought we can get it only from where we start walking.
