Go swimming at the end of the day in the municipal swimming pools. Most small towns have them, and for 2 or 3 Euros: it's a great way to cool off and relax. Estella would have to be my pick; indoor pool, sauna, spa baths that practically cured my walking injuries!
Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.
