Porto to Santigo
Hi all, I am leaving Porto on the 27th September super excited! Currently still at home (New Zealand)! Wondering how many others there will be and if I am too ambitious ....

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
I've walked it in 10 days, could have made it easily in 9 days and may have made it in stressing 8 days.
Afaik the full coastal isn't doable in 8 days, but central and the VE is, if you are a fast and constant walker.

May I ask a question? Why do you want to rush through?

It took me 11 days through the central route, I'm average fit. Could have done in 10, but would be tough and rushed for my pace.

Do you have only 8 days? Maybe take the train out of Porto and start ahead, like in Barcelos, which is a lovely place as well.

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

Yes, 230K+ in 8 days is possible, you will need to walk about 28K+ every day, with no rest day. Your personal reason to attempt the Way in such a short period will sustain you, beware of the unforeseen and Buen Camino, it is a beautiful route....

I will be starting out from Porto on 28th September (2 days on Littoral, then cut across to Central at Vila do Conde) but at a much more leisurely pace. I plan to arrive in Santiago on 13 October.
