Can anyone suggest an accurate weather app covering the full camino Portuguese route? Thanks.

The thread cited above seems mainly in a Spanish context.

I've noted elsewhere the link for weather, generally, in Portugal--the IPMA website, which has an English section.

Here's its link:


You can drill down into its 10-day forecasts (under "Weather" in the top menu) and specify the district and town you want to check out.

But I use that on a laptop. I see that at the bottom of that page, there's a section called "Services" that includes listings for Android and Apple Apps. See what you reach when you click those links below:



Although their interfaces show as being in Portuguese, the weather references look pretty straightforward--and it's useful to know the Portuguese words for "rain," "wind," etc. anyway.

I like wunderground for its comprehensive coverage, accuracy, and historical data. I checked every town and city along my Camino Portugues, and wunderground has today’s, and the 10 day forecasts for all. My son is a pilot, and he encouraged me to use clime and weather&radar, but I don’t need to see the destination weather thousands of miles away for the same day from my point of origin,
