I wonder if someone can tell me if there is a Post Office at the Sants Train Station in Barcelona. I would like to mail my non-camino clothes to Santiago....or would it be easier to do from SJPdP ?
I have searched the forum, but can't seem to find this question asked.

Thank You !
Marilyn

Buen camino Maggie. What plans do you have ? Route and how far do you plan to walk on this camino ?
I'm wondering how long you ve decided to stay in BCN and what accommodation you've chosen. I'm starting to put together plans myself for 31st August onwards ., so many choices but no decision made myself yet so am interested in what you are thinking of doing whilst in BCN

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

According to google maps, there is a post office at:
AV. DE PEDRALBES, 22-24
08034 BARCELONA (BARCELONA)

Google say, 29 minute walk from the train station.

Another option would be to just shop for new clothes in Santiago.
They have some AWESOME shopping there - very affordable.
It's one of the things I look forward to each year - buying new clothes and shoes in Santiago.

Hi OzAnnie.
I'm planning to start in Roncesvalles on April 9 and hopefully arrive in Santiago de Compostela sometime in May. It all depends on how my walking goes. I've never been to Spain and Barcelona is on the list. It was cheap to fly return to Barcelona with SIA. I'm staying airbnb with a local couple and hope to see some Gaudi, the Picasso Museum, and tour the Quatre Gottica. I've bought my train ticket from BCN to Pamplona.
I hope to have some time at the end for the Alhambra (Granada)
I have to be back for work in June.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
