Prices of Albergues

I am studing gronze.com and I am seeing prices in private Albrergues that are been followed by a " +" .
For examble , 25+.
Is this means that prices are depending from the season, number of staying days , number of group of pilgrims etc?

Often the size of the room and number of beds. Private albergues often have more than one room and the rooms with less beds tend to be more expensive.

Also, a price like €25+ sounds like a private room.
