My friend and I have walked Frances and Portuguese Caminos in the past. In October we are planning to walk from Montserrat, but she is having some shoulder issues and carrying her backpack may be a problem. I have read that the Jacotrans equivalent is not available on this Camino. If anyone knows of a private alternative, I would greatly appreciate hearing about it. We are hoping things will be better by October, but prefer to be prepared just in case.

Gosh, it’s a seldom walked route and you plan to do it in October?
@jrataiclang, it is good that you are going with someone. I started this route on October 19, 2019 and, with the exception of two nights near Huesca, only ran into pilgrims the first week and they were walking the other way on the Camino Ignaciano. The Aragonese that followed was less lonely. Brush up on Spanish.

As others have already said, there is no organized pack transport. You could check the stage end points and see if there are taxis, which wil be an expensive but probably your only option. As recently as a few years ago, the rule of thumb was about 1€ per km, but it is a lot more than that now, maybe as much as double, with the rise in fuel prices.
