Express Bourricot sorts out the sharing itself. You pay a diminishing fee depending on the passenger numbers. They are often recommended.

Thanks I did reach out to them but they had no other bookings a few days back . I will try them again to see if there was anymore enquiry's.

There’s a train from Bayonne to SJPP on 12 july leaving at 12-35 arriving 1-40pm. It costs less than 10 euros. It will be full of pilgrims. I find Trainline easy to use for bookings.

Biarritz airport is a quick bus or taxi ride to Bayonne station (about 10 kms away).
