Ride Sharing April 23.

I've been trying to post the following message on the "carpool"
section of the Esprit du Chemin web site using the form provided for
that purpose, but I keep getting an error message saying that my
message has "triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted".

"A friend and I will be arriving at the airport in Biarritz at
12:20. We plan to take the train from Bayonne to SJPDP, but if
someone is arranging a shuttle and looking for others to share
the cost, we would be interested in joining you."

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem.

They also give you a link to a form to report that you've been blocked
and when you submit that form they give you a nice message saying that
the support team has been notified and will follow up shortly. However,
its been several days since I first tried to submit the message and my
friend has also tried to submit the same message with the same result.
I also tried changing the wording but that didn't help.

Any ideas?

I'd just send an e-mail to info@espritduchemin.org and let them know.

I also tried a few times and I got the same responses as you did. I finally gave up on it. I hired Express Bourricot to pick us up at the Biarritz Airport, but we come in on 3.05 PM flight on the 19th of April 2014.

Unless you are operating on a tight schedule take a bus outside the airport for €2 to Bayonne train station.
