We couldn't get one at the albergue when we were there, but got them after the evening mass at the church from the priest.

There is also a pilgrim's center (or there was last year in April) at the entrance of town on the right hand side that had pilgrim passports and extra pages. I don't know if it's still there as I got the impression it might have been for the Holy Year, but they were super helpful and I had a nice conversation with an Irish lad who was working there as part of an exchange program of some sort.

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
From the Albergue Internacional:

THE PILGRIM CREDENTIAL. YOU CAN GET IT IN SARRIA IN THE CHURCH

This center was there in both 2009 and 2010. It appeared like they were doing a lot of accommodation assistance from booking rooms to giving maps to albergues, etc.
I did not notice passport issue but would not be surprised....although it would not be a real convenient place for someone starting in Sarria and arriving by bus or train.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
I picked up an extra sheet for my passport as I was getting close to having a full set of sellos. The American Pilgrim passports don't have a lot of room for sellos.
