Sellos on the VDP

Hello everybody,
on the Camino Frances you can get "sellos" in many sites (albergues, churces etc), I would say this is not an issue at all.
What about the VDP?. Looking at some blog I found unclear info's, can somebody transfer some tips about?

Hi - sellos are available on the Via de la Plata just as on other routes - in albergues, churches, hostals, tourist offices etc and some but not all bars and hotels.

I walked from Seville to Salamanca and got through two credencials (as I like picking up stamps), I found stamps everywhere, particularly nice ones form government/state buildings.
