I will be starting fron SJPD on 8/23 and want to take my supplements along the way but necessarily carry it all from the beginning. Thinking about shipping ahead to Burgos, Astorga & SDC to minimize the weight. Is t has is possible and what are the addresses an correct way to label the packages? Many thanks in advance!

Many people have used the postal service to do this, some friends posted parcels to the Santiago post office and collected it when they arrived, I believe the post office holds it up to 30 days, i cant see any reason why other cities along the way wouldn't provide the same service? internal mail is very cost effective in Spain.
