Hi, Anyone starting Northe from Biarritz or Irun on the 18th of July?
I am flying from London Stansted to Biarritz on the 17th and can`t decide if stay in Biarritz and start from there - my guide book I got stats from Irun though, so thinking to take the train or bus to Irun and start from there.
Can`t decide :) Anyone around at this time there? It would be nice to start with someone :)

Hi Janica, I'm hoping to start the Norte around the 18th. I've got a gruelling flight in from Australia (MEL-KL-LHR-MAD-EAS ) arriving on the 16th, so my start date depends on how quickly I get my mind and body together. My plan is to stay in San Sebastian for a few nights, catch a bus or train back to Irun and start from there. Buen Camino!

Hi Kim, that sounds great! (not your flight though, sounds very tiring ) We will be in touch then closer to the date, I will message you, hoping to meet you there then :) Buen Camino

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Hi, Janica,

You can start walking either from Biarritz or from Bayonne to Irun. This short two days stretch would be called Via de Bayona and is Camino in its own. Starting in Bayonne and ending in Burgos. You can find info and guide on-line easily.

Buen Camino!

Hi Janica. I'll start on the 24th from Irun. Hope to meet you. Nice Camino!
