€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Have you checked out the Camino Ingles? It's quite lovely and fits your time frame. It also ends in SdC. Another option is the Camino Sanabres from Lubian or thereabouts.

IMHO, last 120 k of Norte is more scenic — more tranquil, more rural — than the Ingles, especially if you take the new variant past Boimorto, and hit the Frances near O Pedrouzo or Lavacolla instead of Arzua. But everyone has his own opinion on these kinds of things.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Hi I just did this route from Vilalba in Sept and I recommend it. It was very beautiful with good hostels available with no pre booking. If you have questions let me know? Maggie

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
