Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Hope you do this camino. Very hard and lonely camino. I did it from oporto last summer and fellows who come from lisbon told me thers a no pelgrins on the road, so in winter times could be nobody on the way. God may help tou and give you courage to do that and when you pass near by Grijo, near Oporto maybe we can take a litle rime for a good portuguese cofee.

I will be about four days behind you, SZ. If your plans change and you end up starting a little later, let me know.

Yes, I was disappointed to see I'd miss out on that--by one day, no less. I plan to just go to Sacavem that first day, anyway, as my hubby wanted to join me for part of this and was not keen on hauling himself 20+ miles to the first town. :)

Sissel, how many days are you scheduling to make the walk from Lisbon to Santiago?

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
My plans have changed a bit, starting the 10th of March

Hi, Sissel,

So glad to hear you are on your way!

If you stay at Santarem Hostel in Santarem, Mario will give you lots of suggestions and help. He is in touch with people up and down the camino and is a great guy. I hear that meals are also quite good there, but I think that's because of his wife, though I could be wrong. And everyone who stays there loves it as well! You can contact him via his facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/Santarém-Hostel-424875300939252/

If you do say there, tell him all his forum friends say hi!

So, before I began my third Caminho Portuguese from Lisbon in April of this year, I had a week with a friend who lives in the Algarve beforehand. However, literally on the first night of landing...
Hi all, this will be our last night on the trail and we would like to stay somewhere with a good atmosphere and perhaps a shared dinner. Any recommendations? Thanks all!!
