I am looking to start Camino Frances on Thursday from SJ however I can not find accommodation, my husband snores so I need private rooms.

I walked Norte and Primitivo before last May and booked as I went along. Not sure this is possible for Frances.
There are rooms available right now for Wed night in hotels on booking.com in Bayonne. You’ll have to throw money at the problem, the cheapest is the Ibis. You could then get the first train in the morning to SJPP. But suggest you move quickly.

I hope you have the other stops en route Pamplona already booked?

Ps if you haven’t already, it’s worth calling directly accommodation with private rooms in SJPP eg hotels, to see whether they have any availability, as not all rooms are listed on booking.com etc

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

That is very considerate of you to want to book private rooms due to your husband snoring. However, as I'm sure you are aware, plenty of people who snore sleep in albergue dorms. If you can't find any private rooms between SJPP and Pamplona, then you will just have to use albergues - if you can even get a bed. Anyone who expects a dorm to be a snore free zone, should not be on the camino.

Also remember that accommodations normally do not list all their rooms on sites like Booking.com. Call them directly to see what might be available.

Nah...you don't need private rooms. That's what earplugs are for. There are so many people snoring in the dorms that it's hard to tell who's not snoring.
