So, I got my flight ticket to Geneva and arrive there in less than a week, to cycle to Rome.
In Geneva, I booked a stay at the Petershöfli – Home St. Pierre - which I highly recommend as I stayed there before! It is just opposite St Pierre Cathedral.

It is a super-friendly place in the most historic and amazing part of Geneva where you can stay in a 6-bed (male) or 10-bed (female) dormitory for CHF 40.
It can be the perfect starting point for the Via Gebenniensis from Geneva to Le Puy or the Via Francigena.

Does anyone know if there’s a direct bus from Lucca to San Miniato? Or is the best option to take the train from Lucca to San Miniato Basso-Fucecchio via Pisa and then bus to San Miniato Alto? Thanks!
