The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
The weight does sound brilliant!

Thanx for the info, though I rarely buy the high tech stuff, I love to read what's out there for me if I ever win the lottery

My homemade nylon sleep sack is self-rated to 15 degrees centigrade. It gives about 10 degrees of warmth, as do most of the commercial fleece sleep sacks.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
That must be the SELK or MUSUC bag. You don't have to carry it, you just wear it!

In my opinion, Yeti is incredibly overpriced...

There is also Cumulus sleeping bags on the market. Their lightest standard bag has 200g of down, it's weight is 430g and cost is ca. 122EUR. And you can order a sleeping bag with just 100g of down as in the Yeti Passion One - this will reduce both - the weight and the cost. Or you can order a bag which is shortened to your length, has more/less dawn, zipper on that side which you want and even with delivery cost it still will be at least twice cheaper then standard Yeti with closest specifications :)
