Four of us are walking the last leg of the Camino from Sarria to Santiago. How much variation in altitude is there along the way?

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

From Sarria to Santiago, you encounter some hilly sections, some of them fairly steep, but there are also some quite flat and gentle sections. This profile comes from the Godesalco site (by putting Sarria and Santiago in as the start-end points.) http://www.godesalco.com/plan/frances

The graph is very helpful. Three of us are in our sixties. It shows that if we can get past the first two days, it's downhill the rest of the way.
Thank you very much.

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.

The steep stretches are usually short but take one's breath or can be hard on the knees. Don't be in a hurry and you'll manage fine
