I'll be walking the way of St James several times over the next 5 months in preparation for next years Frances, so should anyone else be interested in joining me do get in touch.
I'll be undertaking Reading to Southampton and stopping over at Basingstoke and Winchester. Depending on the winter daylight Vs weather there could be intermediate stop overs.
Six weeks ago I had the misfortune to have accidentality run a circular saw across the fingers of my left hand and am about to start rehab with Salisbury Odstock. For this reason alone I won't be roughing it. Hotels and hot baths all The Way!
As I live in Southampton I'll probably be walking the St James Way both directions and also hope to deviate into surrounding counties on separate occasions, so should anyone UK based be interested in stretching their limbs in readiness for a Camino next year and fancy a relaxed ramble then do get in touch.
