I found a little parcel this morning, it had been pushed through the letter box by the post man. Yes! Thanks for speedy delivery, TrampersFriend people! So now, tell me: I have watched a video on wrapping it around toes. My hotspots are on the ball of my feet, usually. So how can I keep a bit of the wool in place while trying to put on my socks? ( I can't actually believe I am posting this!)

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-
Maybe attach it to the sock with some sewing stitches?

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
I suspect you would find the fixed compression in the thread area to create rub spots
My prior use of wool lanolin seemed to need the soft unfettered application for it to do its job
Perhaps leukotape? I wrapped some around the ball of my foot as a blister preventative
Perhaps Dave our foot expert can comment

On my heelspur I put some lambswool under extra thick moleskin ( adhesive on one side) I then use the sports tape to make sure it’s secure...been working ok and gave me a bit more padding

Hello, I would love some counsel from anyone regarding some really bad plantar fasciitis that I’ve been starting to experience during training in my right foot. I’m planning to do the Camino...
